Hurray for another giveaway! eOne Films has kindly given me ten (10) double passes to giveaway to upcoming summer film “The Trip to Italy” and readers such as yourself can enter for a chance to win! The movie is about
Two men, six meals in six different places on a road trip around Italy. Liguria, Tuscany, Rome, Amalfi and ending in Capri.
It’s actually a sequel to the hit comedy, “The Trip” with comedians Steve Coogan and Rob Brydon returning to play loose versions of themselves, teaming up and reviewing six restaurants all across Italy.
I’m actually pretty excited about this movie! A few years ago, I stayed in Italy for three weeks, spending most of my time on the small island of Ischia. It opened my eyes to the how food should be seen – homegrown, natural, and simple. Everything I ate for those three weeks was absolutely amazing, despite having few ingredients. Simple (and local) is better! The experience definitely changed how I view food. It’s no surprise then that Italian food is one of my favorites!

I’m planning on going to Italy in October and I’m looking for as much as possible to inspire my trip. This would be bueno if I got to see this.
